WWE Crown Jewel is set to make history with two Champion vs. Champion matches for both men’s and women’s divisions. The event, announced by WWE’s Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque, will introduce the Men’s and Women’s Crown Jewel Champion titles, each set with 50 carats of diamonds to signify the “best of the best.”
In the men’s division, WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes, known as “The American Nightmare,” will face World Heavyweight Champion Gunther. Since his WrestleMania win over Roman Reigns, Rhodes has successfully defended his title against top competitors. Meanwhile, Gunther has proven his dominance by becoming the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion and capturing the World Heavyweight title from Damian Priest.
For the women, WWE Women’s Champion Nia Jax will battle Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan. Morgan, now leading The Judgment Day, has risen to prominence since claiming Rhea Ripley’s title and faction. Jax, known for her overpowering strength, has maintained a fierce reputation since defeating Bayley for the championship.
