The World Tag League’s A Block kicks off in Tochigi’s Fukai Square Garden on November 19, featuring a heated main event. TMDK’s Zack Sabre Jr., the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, teams with Ryohei Oiwa to face the dangerous duo of Gabe Kidd and SANADA, now aligned as part of the War Dogs.
The match carries added tension following a turbulent month for SANADA. Just weeks ago, Zack Sabre Jr. defeated SANADA to retain his IWGP World Heavyweight title, a loss that seemingly triggered SANADA’s transformation. After another defeat at Power Struggle, SANADA shocked fans by betraying Taichi and aiding IWGP Global Champion David Finlay’s victory, signaling his shift from “Cold Skull” to “Cold Bloodied.” His defection to the War Dogs marked a dramatic character change.
With firebrand Gabe Kidd in his corner, SANADA seeks to cement his new identity. Kidd’s aggressive antics and SANADA’s ruthless streak promise to make this bout explosive.
